Hey, smokers
Although I agree with this a lot, I must interject the viewpoint of someone who has been on the other end. I honestly, have no problem with just getting some freebreeze, opening the window, and crashing. However my sister is an extreme asthmatic and the smoke smell sets her off. One time, we checked in and they gave us a room which the last guest had evidently smoked in… We tried to stay in there, but she used her inhaler like twice and ended up in the lobby with her breathing machine. Hah.But, I sympathize with both cases. -nods-
Of the people I’ve dealt with, none of them had major health problems. I could understand your sister not being able to cope but that’s definitely not what I’m talking about. No, I’m talking about good old-fashioned crybabies whose biggest problem is really a ridiculous sense of entitlement and such a disconnect from reality that they think they’re the only person staying at the hotel. And people have left in a snit because they didn’t get their way, believe me.
I hope your sister is OK and I hope she gets the most care and attention possible because I know I’d make her a priority over some loudmouth who just likes to bully his way around for the hell of it.
